The new owner of Lincolnshire leisure business Kenwick Park Estate has partnered with a fast growing European back-to-nature holiday brand to market and manage the latest lodge additions. Coppergreen Developments swooped for the Louth-area hotel and leisure facility a year ago, buying from long-standing owner Stuart Flynn in an undisclosed deal. Now after initial success with the company's Scottish park, Piperdam, chief executive David Copley has turned to Landal GreenParks again.
Kenwick will become the Dutch operator's sixth UK location with 18 new lodges the result of an extensive investment programme on the 19th century estate, providing immediate access to the Wolds area of outstanding natural beauty.
A further 68 lodges and a reception building are also planned for the coming months.
Mr Copley said: "We are thrilled to be partnering with Landal GreenParks UK and launching a new series of accommodation at Landal Kenwick Woods, expanding the exciting holiday experience our customers can have in one of Britain's most glorious locations."
Landal prides itself on "trademark exceptional service" with staff 'hostmanship' training, class-leading facilities and a range of indoor and outdoor activities.
